Press the tofu to remove excess water.

Cut the tofu into cubes.

In a bowl, combine almond flour and cornstarch.

Coat the tofu cubes with the almond flour mixture.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and pan-fry the tofu until golden brown.

In a separate pan, sauté garlic and ginger in sesame oil.

Add soy sauce and green onions to the pan.

Add the pan-fried tofu cubes and toss to coat.

Sprinkle sesame seeds on top.

Steam the tofu for 10 minutes.
