Grate the zucchini and squeeze out the excess moisture.

In a large bowl, combine the grated zucchini, corn kernels, chickpea flour, curry powder, cumin powder, salt, black pepper, and water. Mix well until all the ingredients are evenly combined.

Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.

Scoop a spoonful of the zucchini corn mixture and drop it into the hot oil. Flatten slightly with the back of the spoon.

Cook the fritters for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and crispy.

Remove the fritters from the pan and place them on a paper towel-lined plate to drain excess oil.
