Press tofu to remove excess water.

Cut tofu into cutlets.

In a bowl, mix curry powder, turmeric powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.

Coat tofu cutlets with the spice mixture.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan.

Fry tofu cutlets until golden brown on both sides.

Remove from heat and let them rest for 5 minutes.

Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or side dish.
