  1. Press tofu to remove excess water.
  2. Cut tofu into cutlets.
  3. In a bowl, mix curry powder, turmeric powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper.
  4. Coat tofu cutlets with the spice mixture.
  5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan.
  6. Fry tofu cutlets until golden brown on both sides.
  7. Remove from heat and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce or side dish.
