Trim the ends of the green beans and blanch them in boiling water for 3 minutes. Drain and rinse with cold water.

Cut the cherry tomatoes in half and thinly slice the red onion.

In a large bowl, combine the green beans, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and fresh cilantro.

In a small bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, curry powder, salt, and black pepper.

Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to coat evenly.
