  2. In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them out on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes, or until golden brown.
  3. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add the onion, garlic, and ginger. Cook until the onion is translucent.
  4. Add the curry powder, turmeric powder, cumin powder, and coriander powder to the skillet. Stir well to coat the onion mixture.
