  3. Cut the tofu and butternut squash into bite-sized pieces.
  4. Toss the tofu and butternut squash in the sauce mixture until well coated.
  5. Place the coated tofu and butternut squash on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tofu and squash are golden brown and crispy.
