Sweet-and-Spicy Roasted Tofu and Squash

Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a bowl, mix together maple syrup, soy sauce, sriracha sauce, garlic powder, ground ginger, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.

Cut the tofu and butternut squash into bite-sized pieces.

Toss the tofu and butternut squash in the sauce mixture until well coated.

Place the coated tofu and butternut squash on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Roast in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the tofu and squash are golden brown and crispy.

Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
