Capsicum, also known as bell pepper, is rich in vitamin C and contains more vitamin C than oranges.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute.

Add tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.

Add capsicum and cook for 2-3 minutes.

Add sweet corn kernels and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

Add water, cover the pan, and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Serve hot with rice or roti.
