Press the firm tofu to remove excess water.

Cut the tofu into bite-sized cubes.

In a bowl, mix cornstarch with salt and pepper. Coat the tofu cubes with the cornstarch mixture.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden brown on all sides.

In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, rice vinegar, honey, minced garlic, minced ginger, and chopped green onions.

Pour the sauce over the cooked tofu cubes and stir gently to coat.

Transfer the tofu cubes to a baking dish and bake at 350°F (180°C) for 10 minutes.
