Add chopped onion and minced garlic, and sauté until translucent.

Add diced carrots, bell peppers, zucchini, and corn kernels to the pot.

Stir in cumin powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil.

Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.
