  5. In a large bowl, combine the cooked quinoa, bell peppers, corn kernels, cherry tomatoes, black beans, red onion, and cilantro.
  6. In a small bowl, whisk together the lime juice, olive oil, salt, and black pepper.
  7. Pour the dressing over the quinoa mixture and toss to combine.
  8. Let the salad rest for 5 minutes before serving.
