Preheat the oven to 325°F (165°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, combine the shredded coconut, almond flour, maple syrup, lavender extract, vanilla extract, and salt. Mix well until the ingredients are evenly combined.

Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into small round balls. Place them on the prepared baking sheet.

Optional: Garnish each macaroon with a sprinkle of lavender buds.

Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the macaroons turn golden brown around the edges.
