Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut it into desired shapes.

In a bowl, mix soy sauce, nutritional yeast, olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper.

Coat the tofu pieces with the mixture and let it marinate for 15 minutes.

Place the marinated tofu on a baking sheet and bake for 30 minutes, flipping halfway through.
