Add the chai tea bags and let them steep for 5 minutes.

Remove the tea bags and stir in the maple syrup, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, ground ginger, ground cardamom, and salt.

Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.

Pour the mixture into an ice cream maker and churn according to the manufacturer's instructions.

Once churned, transfer the ice cream to a lidded container and freeze for at least 4 hours or until firm.
