  2. Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat.
  3. Add the marinated chicken breast and stir-fry until cooked through.
  4. Remove the chicken from the wok and set aside.
  5. In the same wok, add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  6. Add carrots, cabbage, bell peppers, and green onions to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
  7. Return the cooked chicken to the wok and stir-fry for another 2 minutes.
  8. Add cashews, lime juice, salt, and black pepper to the wok and stir-fry for 1 minute.
  9. Remove from heat and garnish with cilantro.
  10. Serve the stir-fry over crunchy slaw.
