Marinate the chicken breast with soy sauce and sesame oil for 15 minutes.

Heat a wok or large skillet over high heat.

Add the marinated chicken breast and stir-fry until cooked through.

Remove the chicken from the wok and set aside.

In the same wok, add garlic and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute.

Add carrots, cabbage, bell peppers, and green onions to the wok and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes.
