Prepare the filling by cutting the carrot, bell pepper, and tofu into small pieces.

Heat vegetable oil in a pan and sauté garlic and ginger until fragrant.

Add the carrot, bell pepper, and bean sprouts to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes.

Crumble the tofu into the pan and mix well with the vegetables.

In a separate bowl, mix soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water to make a sauce.

Pour the sauce into the pan and stir-fry until the filling is coated and heated through.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Take a Chinese cabbage leaf, spoon some filling onto it, and wrap it tightly.

Repeat with the remaining cabbage leaves and filling.
