Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Saute until golden brown.

Add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.

Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft.

Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.

Add raw jackfruit and cook for 5 minutes.

Add water, cover the pan, and let it cook for 15-20 minutes or until the jackfruit is tender.
