  2. Add golden tomatoes, vegetable broth, lemon juice, basil leaves, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and let cool for 10 minutes.
  4. Transfer the mixture to a blender and blend until smooth.
  5. Transfer the blended mixture to a large bowl and stir in Greek yogurt.
  6. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  7. Serve chilled, garnished with fresh basil leaves.
