Drain and rinse the canned chickpeas.

In a food processor, combine the chickpeas, tahini, lemon juice, garlic cloves, olive oil, ground cumin, salt, and water.

Transfer the dip to a serving bowl and sprinkle with paprika and fresh parsley.

Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.
