  2. Transfer the mixture to a bowl and stir in the flour. Let it rest for 30 minutes.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
  4. Shape the falafel mixture into small patties and fry until golden brown on both sides.
  5. Remove from the pan and drain on paper towels.
  6. Serve hot with pita bread, tahini sauce, and your favorite toppings.
