Cooking potatoes on a cedar plank infuses them with a smoky flavor and makes them extra delicious!

Soak the cedar plank in water for at least 1 hour.

Preheat the grill to medium heat.

In a bowl, mix together olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, fresh dill, and lemon zest.

Brush the cedar plank with olive oil.

Arrange the potato slices on the cedar plank.

Place the cedar plank on the grill and cover.

Cook for 30-40 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender and lightly browned.
