  4. Add the dry mixture to the cauliflower mixture and mix well until combined.
  5. Heat the vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  6. Take a small handful of the cauliflower mixture and shape it into a fritter.
  7. Place the fritter in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown.
  8. Repeat with the remaining mixture.
