  2. Cut the cauliflower and broccoli into florets.
  3. Place the florets on a baking sheet.
  4. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
  5. Toss to coat evenly.
  6. Cut the top off the garlic bulb to expose the cloves.
  7. Place the garlic bulb on the baking sheet with the florets.
  8. Roast in the oven for 25 minutes, or until the vegetables are tender and lightly browned.
  9. Remove from the oven and let it rest for 5 minutes.
  10. Squeeze the roasted garlic cloves out of their skins and toss with the roasted vegetables.
