Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat. Add onion and garlic, cook until softened.

Add carrots and celery, cook for 5 minutes.

Stir in tomato paste and cook for 1 minute.

Add vegetable broth, cannellini beans, kidney beans, red kidney beans, diced tomatoes, dried basil, dried oregano, salt, and black pepper. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.

Add pasta and cook until al dente.

Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley.
