  1. In a wok, heat sesame oil and sauté garlic and ginger.
  2. Add tofu and stir-fry until lightly browned.
  3. Add vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  4. In a small bowl, mix cornstarch with vegetable stock.
  5. Pour the cornstarch mixture into the wok and stir well.
  6. Add soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir-fry until the sauce thickens.
  7. Serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
