  2. Add chopped broccoli and vegetable broth. Bring to a boil and simmer for 15 minutes or until broccoli is tender.
  3. Use an immersion blender or transfer to a blender to puree the soup until smooth.
  4. Return the soup to the pot and stir in coconut milk. Season with salt and pepper.
  5. Cook for another 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
