Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a mixing bowl, combine blueberries, balsamic vinegar, maple syrup, lemon juice, and cornstarch. Stir well to coat the blueberries evenly.

In a separate bowl, mix rolled oats, almond flour, coconut sugar, ground cinnamon, and salt.

Add coconut oil to the oat mixture and mix until crumbly.

Transfer the blueberry mixture to a baking dish and sprinkle the oat mixture evenly on top.

Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the topping is golden brown and the blueberries are bubbling.
