Heat olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.

Add chopped onion and minced garlic. Sauté until onion is translucent.

Add cumin, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Add black beans (drained and rinsed) and diced tomatoes.

Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Add balsamic vinegar and cook for another 5 minutes.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 5 minutes.

Garnish with fresh cilantro. Serve hot.
