Heat ghee in a pan and roast gram flour on low heat until fragrant and golden brown.

Remove from heat and let it cool.

In a mixing bowl, add roasted gram flour, powdered sugar, cardamom powder, chopped almonds, and chopped pistachios.

Mix well until all the ingredients are combined.

Take small portions of the mixture and shape them into round ladoos.
