In a mixing bowl, combine vital wheat gluten, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, and onion powder.

In a separate bowl, mix vegetable broth, soy sauce, olive oil, and water.

Pour the liquid mixture into the dry ingredients and stir until well combined.

Knead the dough for about 5 minutes until it becomes elastic.

Let the dough rest for 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

Shape the dough into a loaf and place it on a baking sheet.

Bake for 60 minutes, flipping the loaf halfway through.
