  2. Drain and press the tofu to remove excess moisture.
  3. In a mixing bowl, combine barbecue sauce, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and hoisin sauce.
  4. Cut the tofu into slices and brush both sides with the sauce mixture.
  5. Grill or bake the tofu for 10 minutes on each side, until it becomes slightly charred.
  6. While the tofu is cooking, slice the green onions.
  7. Toast the buns on the grill or in the oven for a few minutes.
  8. Assemble the barbecued tofu on the buns, and top with sliced green onions.
  9. Serve hot and enjoy!
