  3. Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet.

  5. Crush the garlic cloves and sprinkle them over the mushrooms.
  6. Strip the leaves from the fresh thyme sprigs and sprinkle them over the mushrooms.
  7. Season with salt and black pepper.
  8. Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.
  9. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
