Baked Mushrooms

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

Clean the mushrooms and remove the stems.

Place the mushrooms on a baking sheet.

Drizzle olive oil over the mushrooms.

Crush the garlic cloves and sprinkle them over the mushrooms.

Strip the leaves from the fresh thyme sprigs and sprinkle them over the mushrooms.

Season with salt and black pepper.

Bake in the preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
