Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, flax seeds, almonds, pumpkin seeds, honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Mix well.

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20 minutes, stirring halfway through.

Remove from the oven and let it cool for 10 minutes.

Stir in dried cranberries.
