In a large skillet, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and crumble it.

Add the tomato paste, brown sugar, mustard, Worcestershire sauce, salt, and black pepper. Stir well.

Add the canned baked beans and crumbled bacon. Mix everything together.

Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
