  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cut the avocados in half and remove the pits.
  3. Scoop out some of the flesh from each avocado half to create a larger cavity.
  4. In a bowl, mix the cherry tomatoes, red onion, lime juice, cilantro, salt, black pepper, and olive oil.
  5. Stuff the avocado halves with the tomato mixture.
  6. Place the stuffed avocados on a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and let them rest for 5 minutes.
  8. Serve as a starter or appetizer.
