Cut the avocados in half, remove the pits, and scoop out the flesh.

Peel and segment the grapefruits, removing any pith and seeds.

In a blender, combine the avocado flesh, grapefruit segments, lime juice, vegetable broth, Greek yogurt, cilantro, salt, and black pepper.

Blend until smooth and creamy.

Transfer the soup to a bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.

Serve chilled, garnished with additional grapefruit segments and cilantro leaves.
