Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onion, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until golden brown.

Add turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well.

Add tofu and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.

Add asparagus and cook for another 5 minutes until tender.

Garnish with fresh cilantro.
