  5. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  6. In a separate bowl, mix all-purpose flour and water to make a batter.
  7. Dip each marinated tempeh slice into the batter and fry until golden brown.
  8. Transfer the fried tempeh slices to a baking sheet and bake for 15 minutes.
