  1. Press the tofu to remove excess water and cut it into cubes.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. Add garlic and sauté until fragrant.
  3. Add tofu cubes and stir-fry until golden brown.
  4. Add red bell pepper, broccoli florets, and carrot. Stir-fry for a few minutes.
  5. In a small bowl, mix soy sauce, lime juice, brown sugar, salt, and crushed red pepper flakes.
  6. Pour the sauce over the tofu and vegetables. Stir-fry for another minute.
  7. Add Thai basil leaves and stir-fry for a final minute.
  8. Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.
