Tuiles are named after the French word for ’tiles’ because they are thin and flat like roof tiles.
This is vegan, gluten free and low carb recipe. Dish can be prepared in 50 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 5.

Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).

In a mixing bowl, combine almond flour, granulated sugar, olive oil, almond extract, and salt. Mix well.

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Using a small spoon, drop small portions of the batter onto the prepared baking sheet, leaving enough space between each portion.

Using the back of the spoon, spread the batter into thin circles.

Bake in the preheated oven for about 8-10 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let the tuiles cool on the baking sheet for a few minutes.

Carefully transfer the tuiles to a wire rack and let them cool completely.
