In a mixing bowl, combine almond milk, sugar, almond extract, and lemon juice. Stir until sugar is dissolved.

Pour the mixture into a shallow dish.

Place the dish in the freezer and let it freeze for 1 hour.

After 1 hour, remove from the freezer and use a fork to scrape the frozen edges towards the center.

Repeat this process every 30 minutes for the next 3 hours.

Once the mixture is completely frozen and has a granular texture, it's ready.
