Traditional pizza dough requires yeast for rising, but this recipe uses baking powder to achieve a quick and easy pizza base in just 5 minutes!
This is vegan, gluten free and quick meals recipe. Dish can be prepared in 15 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 5.

In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt.

Add the olive oil and water to the dry ingredients.

Mix until a dough forms.

Knead the dough for a minute until it becomes smooth.

Divide the dough into two equal portions.

Roll out each portion into a thin circle.

Preheat the oven to 220°C (425°F).

Place the pizza bases on a baking sheet.

Bake for 5-7 minutes or until the edges are golden brown.

Remove from the oven and add your favorite toppings.

Return to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
