Granola was invented by Dr. James Caleb Jackson in the 19th century as a health food.
This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 40 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 10.

Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a large bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, and sunflower seeds.

In a small saucepan, heat honey, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and cinnamon over low heat until melted and well combined.

Pour the honey mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is well coated.

Spread the mixture evenly on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 15-20 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.

Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.

Once cooled, mix in dried cranberries.

Store in an airtight container.
