Peel and slice the carrots into sticks.

In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, cumin, coriander, paprika, cayenne pepper, salt, and black pepper.

Add the carrot sticks to the bowl and toss to coat them with the spice mixture.

Transfer the carrots to a baking sheet and spread them out in a single layer.

Roast in the preheated oven for 20 minutes, or until the carrots are tender and slightly caramelized.
