This is vegan, gluten free, high protein and quick meals recipe. Dish can be prepared in 10 minutes. Even a beginner can handle preparing this dish. Number of ingredients: 8.

Slice the cucumber, carrot, and avocado into thin strips.

Lay out the tortillas and spread a tablespoon of hummus on each.

Place a lettuce leaf on top of the hummus.

Layer the cucumber, carrot, and avocado strips on top of the lettuce.

Sprinkle with salt and black pepper to taste.

Roll up the tortillas tightly, tucking in the sides as you go.

Slice each wrap in half diagonally.

Serve immediately and enjoy!
