Rinse quinoa thoroughly and drain.

In a saucepan, bring almond milk to a boil.

Add quinoa, reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for 15 minutes.

In a separate bowl, mash raspberries with a fork to release juice.

After quinoa has cooked for 15 minutes, remove from heat and let rest for 5 minutes.

Fluff quinoa with a fork and stir in mashed raspberries, honey, almonds, cinnamon, vanilla extract, and salt.
