Preheat the oven to 325°F (163°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine the rolled oats, almonds, walnuts, pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and ground cinnamon.

In a small saucepan, heat the maple syrup and coconut oil over low heat until melted.

Pour the maple syrup mixture over the dry ingredients and mix well to coat.

Spread the mixture evenly onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring halfway through, until golden brown.
