Granola bars were originally invented as a health food for patients in sanitariums.
This is vegan and gluten free recipe. Dish can be prepared in 65 minutes. Recipe requires some culinary experience (medium difficulty). Number of ingredients: 8.

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).

In a large mixing bowl, combine rolled oats, almonds, cashews, and dried cranberries.

In a small saucepan, heat peanut butter, honey, vanilla extract, and salt over low heat until well combined.

Pour the peanut butter mixture over the dry ingredients and mix until everything is evenly coated.

Press the mixture into a lined baking dish and bake for 15-20 minutes.

Remove from the oven and let it cool in the dish for 30 minutes.

Once cooled, cut into bars and enjoy!
