Rinse the quinoa under cold water.

In a saucepan, combine the quinoa, almond milk, maple syrup, vanilla extract, and cinnamon.

Bring the mixture to a boil and then reduce the heat to low.

Cover and simmer for 20 minutes, or until the quinoa is tender and the liquid is absorbed.

Remove from heat and let it rest for 10 minutes.

Stir in the raisins and chopped almonds.

Serve warm or chilled.
