Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Cut the avocados in half, remove the pit, and slice each half into thick wedges.

In a shallow bowl, combine the breadcrumbs, cornmeal, paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.

In a separate bowl, beat the egg.

Dip each avocado wedge into the beaten egg, then coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.

Place the coated avocado wedges on the prepared baking sheet.
