In a saucepan, combine the rolled oats, quinoa, millet, and water. Bring to a boil.

Reduce heat, cover, and simmer for 10 minutes or until grains are tender.

While the grains are cooking, chop the walnuts and dried fruit.

Once the grains are cooked, remove from heat and stir in the walnuts, dried fruit, honey or maple syrup, cinnamon, and vanilla extract.

Serve the cereal in bowls and pour milk (or non-dairy milk) over it.
